How does it work?

When you sign up you will be assigned a personal Membership or PMB (Personal Mailbox) number. You can then ship items to your Membership # or PMB address and we will receive and securely store them. You will be notified VIA email letting you know that your package(s) have been received by our staff and are ready for pickup.

What information do I need to sign up?

USPS requires Two types of identification are required for the Applicant. One ID must be a government-issued photo ID. The second must confirm the Applicant’saddress listed on this form. The acceptable types of photo IDcceptable forms include:

Is there a size limit for deliveries?

No, PSC is happy to sign for any delivery. As long as it fits through our doorway we can receive it.

How long will you hold a package?

PSC will hold a package that is not picked up for up to 30 days.

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes, any friend, neighbor, etc can pick up your package(s). Email or call ahead and then send them your pick up code and our staff will be happy to accommodate. 

Do you offer delivery?

No, Unfortunately we do not offer delivery service. Delivery is available at our partner store Liberties Parcel around the corner at 800 N 2nd Street.

Is there a maximum number of packages I can receive?

No, There is no maximum. However we will call and request that you pick up in a timely manner if you have more than ten packages in storage.
